Our Doctors
Experienced veterinary doctor in our community with over 40 years of experience.
I am a veterinarian here at the Rossmore Animal Hospital. I graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 1996 and started here shortly after. A lot has changed in the world of veterinary medicine since then but I still love what I do. Home life for my wife and I has been a little quieter the past few years. Our son, Liam and daughter, Anna are now amazing young adults and are off doing their own things. Fortunately we do get to see them often. I still try to battle Father Time by getting out to swim, bike or run as much as I can. Maybe just not as far or as fast as I once did.
Our Support Staff
Colleen
Early on in life I knew two things-I wanted to be a mother and I wanted to work with animals. I have been blessed to accomplish both dreams-graduating as an RVT from St. Lawrence College in 1989 and becoming a mother to two beautiful children in 1995 and 1996. From starting out volunteering as a kennel girl in Grade Nine to now being the proud owner of Rossmore Animal Hospital with my husband Mark, I have been able to fulfill my passion for helping your pets in all stages of life. I have a sweet spot for senior pets and those who face health challenges that often make them difficult to find a safe place to call home. When not in the clinic, I enjoy scent training with my dog Dani, fostering (and then keeping..) orphaned kittens, and gaming with my adult children.

I have always had a love for animals since I was a little girl. We always had animals while growing up and I knew from an early age I wanted to work with animals...I had always dreamed of working with gir-elephants when I was 6 years old. During school I found my passion for caring for small animals and shortly after graduating college I accepted my job at Rossmore. 9 years later I'm still just as happy caring for everyone's cats and dogs when needing treatment or during surgery making sure everything goes smoothly. When I'm not at the clinic, I'm busy keeping up with my 2 little kids and the animals at home.

Carolyn
I have proudly been a part of the Rossmore family for two years. Growing up on a hobby farm I was introduced to animals at an early age and my love has only grown. I turned my childhood love for animals into a fulfilling career as a Veterinary Assistant in2021 when I graduated St. Lawrence College. Since joining the clinic atmosphere I have narrowed my passions to creating heartfelt memorial products for your loved ones and keeping up to date on the newest nutritional recommendations. When I am not at the clinic, I enjoy immersing myself in documentaries, snuggling my plethora of animals and napping.

Lesley
From a young age, I felt a unique connection to animals and a strong desire to assist them in any way I could! In 1996, I enrolled at Seneca College to study Laboratory Technology and started my career at Don Mills Veterinary in Toronto. A few years later, after getting married and discovering I was expecting, I decided to move back home to be closer to my family. I continue to work at RAH every other weekend & bring my Mastiff's as Therapy Dogs to nursing homes! The team at RAH are more like family to my two daughters, and they genuinely care about everyone who comes through the door. I take great pride in being a part of RAH!
Kelly
Growing up on a dairy farm in PEC, I have always had a passion for animals. After completing the Animal Care Aide program in 1997 I was offered a job with RAH and have been apart of the family ever since. Over the years I have had multiple rolls at the clinic, from receptionist to office manager to technician. But regardless the position one thing remained the same, caring for our 4 legged friends. There has been many changes in my life over the past 27 years but my love and passion for the animals has never changed. I now have 2 beautiful children and together we adore our 5 cats and Labrador puppy. I've taken a step back over the past couple of years from my duties at the clinic to return and help run my family farm but still cherish the time I do get working in a clinic environment with the people and animals I love.
